Blood Negroni Cocktail
A classic Negroni of gin, sweet vermouth and Campari over large ice, smoked with hickory and garnished with orange peel.

Ingredients
| 1 oz | 28 g | gin |
| 1 oz | 28 g | sweet vermouth |
| 1 oz | 28 g | Campari |
| 1 | orange peel | |
| ā | hickory wood chips | |
| ā | large ice cubes |
Instructions
- Add 1 oz gin, the sweet vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass with ice, and stir until chilled.
- Pour into a glass with large ice cubes and place the drink disk on top of the glass.
- Load the smoking gun with hickory wood chips, connect the hose to the drink disk, turn on the gun and ignite the wood chips.
- Once the glass is full of smoke, turn off the gun and let it infuse for 30 seconds.
- Garnish with an orange peel and you are ready to serve!
