| 1.5 cup | 360 ml | water |
| 1.5 cups | 360 ml | milk |
| ā | ground beef |
Instructions
- Place pot on Saute and cook your ground beef until crumbled and brown. I used my ground meat chopper.
- Add in water, pasta, milk and season packet.
- Cook on manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
- Do a quick release.
- Serve.
