Instructions
- Cut the chili into small pieces. Peel and cut the ginger into small pieces. Cut the shallots. Cut the lime leaves. Mix everything in a blender with 1 scoop of sesame oil and 2 scoops of brown sugar. Beat until everything is a fine paste.
- Cut the meat into pieces, about 4 centimeters. Place the meat in a bowl and season with 1 scoop of ginger powder, 1 scoop of turmeric, 1 scoop of garlic powder and 1 scoop of soy sauce. Stir well to get the taste of all the ingredients.
- Peel the tomatoes, cut them into very small pieces and put them in a pan with some oil to reduce them. Cut the onions into small pieces and put them in another frying pan with a little oil so that they are fried.
- For the curry, put the butter in a pot to melt next to a scoop of curry paste. Fry for 1 minute and throw away the rest of the paste, along with the tomato and meat. Cook for 10 minutes to cook the meat and add the onion, lime juice and coconut water. Cook for 30 more minutes.
- Serve with some white rice.
