Ingredients
| 2 lb (900 g) | boneless country-style pork ribs |
| 3 tsp | paprika |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1 tsp | pepper |
| 1 cup (240 ml) | BBQ sauce |
| 1 tbsp (15 ml) | oil |
| ~1/4 cup (30 g) | flour, for dredging |
| to taste | cayenne pepper (optional) |
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan on the stove over medium heat. While the oil heats, dredge the ribs in flour (about 1/4 cup / 30 g total). When the oil is warm, brown the ribs for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, then place them in the slow cooker.
- Combine the BBQ sauce, paprika, salt and pepper and pour over the ribs. Coat the ribs with the sauce.
- Cover and cook on LOW for about 7 to 9 hours, until the ribs are fork tender. For a little heat, add cayenne pepper to taste.
