Godfather's Cinnamon Streusel Dessert Pizza
A copycat of Godfather's Pizza cinnamon streusel dessert pizza — pizza dough brushed with butter and cinnamon, topped with a crumbly streusel, baked, then drizzled with vanilla icing in a pinwheel pattern. Servings: 3-4 (8 slices). Easy, about 25 minutes.

Ingredients
| 1 batch | pizza dough (homemade or store-bought) |
| 1 tbsp (15 g) | melted butter |
| to taste | cinnamon |
| 1/2 cup + 1/3 cup (105 g) | all-purpose flour (for streusel) |
| 1/3 cup (67 g) | white sugar (for streusel) |
| 2 tbsp (30 ml) | olive oil (for streusel) |
| 2 tbsp (26 g) | vegetable shortening (for streusel) |
| 1/4 cup (50 g) | brown sugar (for streusel) |
| 1 cup (120 g) | powdered sugar (for icing) |
| 1 tbsp (15 ml) | milk (for icing) |
| 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) | vanilla (for icing) |
Instructions
- Whisk together the streusel ingredients and set aside. Lightly spritz a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking oil spray.
- Pat the pizza dough into the pan. Poke the dough all over with a fork to reduce air bubbles while baking. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and brush it over the dough, then sprinkle cinnamon all around the buttered crust. Top the crust with the streusel mix.
- Bake at 460°F (240°C) for 8 to 9 minutes.
- Combine the icing ingredients until you have a drizzle consistency.
- Decorate the pizza with the icing in a circular pinwheel pattern. Slice and serve.
