A copycat of the buttery, tangy hot wing sauce served at Hooters — melted unsalted butter loosened with Tabasco, brown sugar, balsamic and chili sauce. Keeps in the refrigerator up to two weeks; toss with hot wings.

Ingredients
| 1 1/2 cup (340 g) | unsalted butter |
| 1/2 cup (120 ml) | Tabasco sauce |
| 3 tbsp | brown sugar |
| 3/4 tsp | paprika |
| 3/4 tsp | salt |
| 1 tbsp (15 ml) | balsamic vinegar |
| 3/8 tsp | cayenne pepper |
| 2 tbsp (30 ml) | chili sauce |
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
- This will store well in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- Serve tossed with the hot wings.
