IHOP's Tres Leches Pancakes
Copycat IHOP tres leches pancakes made rich with three milks — regular milk, evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk — served with whipped cream and a drizzle of condensed milk. Serves 4, about 30 minutes.

Ingredients
| 1 cup (125 g) | all-purpose flour |
| 1 tbsp | granulated sugar |
| 1 tbsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1 cup (240 ml) | milk |
| 1/3 cup (80 ml) | evaporated milk |
| 1/3 cup (80 ml) | sweetened condensed milk |
| 1/2 tsp | vanilla extract |
| 2 | large eggs |
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
- In a separate bowl whisk the milk, evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir only until barely blended.
- Lightly grease a nonstick pan or griddle and heat over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the griddle. Cook until surface bubbles appear, then turn and cook the other side until golden.
- Serve the pancakes with whipped cream, fresh fruit and a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk.
