Ingredients

| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | Soy sauce |
| 1/2 cup | 120 ml | Water |
| 1/4 cup | 60 ml | Honey |
| 2 tbsp | 30 ml | Mirin |
| 1 tsp | 5 ml | Minced garlic |
| 1 | Green chili (serrano pepper) | |
| 1 | Korean red chili pepper | |
| 1 | Green onions | |
| 1 tbsp | 15 ml | Sesame oil |
| 2 tsp | 10 ml | Sesame seeds |
Instructions
- In a pot of boiling water, boil your eggs for 5 minutes and 30 seconds, then immediately transfer to an ice bath.
- Peel the eggs.
- Finely dice your red and green chili peppers and green onion.
- In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, water, honey, mirin, minced garlic, green chilis, red chilis, green onions, sesame oil and sesame seeds to make your sauce.
- In a container, add your eggs and pour the marinade on top. Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours, then enjoy!
