Okonomiyaki
A savory Japanese griddle pancake from Ranma, loaded with cabbage, shrimp and bacon, topped with okonomiyaki sauce, Japanese mayonnaise and katsuobushi.

Ingredients

| 4 slices | bacon |
| 250 grams | flour |
| 5 grams | yeast |
| 1 | egg |
| to taste | soybean sauce |
| 1 | katsuobushi |
| to taste | mozzarella |
| to taste | sesame oil |

| 2 scoops | English sauce |
| 2 scoops | ketchup |
| 1 scoop | soybean sauce (for the sauce) |
| 1 scoop | oyster sauce |
Instructions
- Dilute one fish tablet in 1/2 glass of warm water. Grate 1/4 of the cabbage. Grate 1 peeled carrot. Grate 1 peeled potato. Peel the prawns and cut them up well with a knife. Cut the bacon into large pieces.
- In a bowl, pour the flour, the glass of water with the fish cube, the grated potato and 1 egg. Stir everything until it becomes a paste. Add a little water and the yeast. Continue stirring and add 1 squirt of soya, the prawns, the cabbage, and the carrot. Stir until all the ingredients have been added and put aside in the fridge.
- Put in a bowl 2 scoops of English sauce, 2 scoops of ketchup, 1 of oyster sauce, 1 of soy sauce and 1 of brown sugar. Stir well.
- In a non-stick pan with some oil, pour some batter. With the help of a spatula, give it a round shape and leave it at medium-high heat for 5 minutes covered. Add a few pieces of bacon on top and cover for 2 minutes. Turn the dough over and cover for 2 more minutes. Add the mozzarella cheese on top and cover until the cheese has melted.
- Place the okonomiyaki on a plate and paint with the sauce that you prepared in step 3. Add some Japanese mayonnaise and pieces of katsuobushi on top.
- It is ready to eat now.
