Ingredients
| 0.25 cup (60 g) | melted unsalted butter |
| 0.75 tsp (2 g) | garlic powder |
| 0.5 tsp (0.5 g) | dried parsley flakes |
| 2 tbsp (12 g) | freshly grated Parmesan |
| 0.5 tsp (0.5 g) | dried oregano |
| 0.25 tsp (1.5 g) | salt |
| 16 oz tube (450 g) | refrigerated buttermilk biscuits |
Instructions
- Set the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spritz a baking tray with a layer of cooking oil spray.
- Whisk the parmesan, melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, salt and oregano in a small bowl. Set aside for now.
- Slice each of the eight biscuits to make 16 pieces. Roll each chunk into a five-inch (13 cm) rope about ½-inch (1 cm) thick. Tie it in a knot and tuck in the ends.
- Brush each garlic knot with about half of the butter mixture. Arrange them on the baking tray.
- Bake until nicely browned (8-10 minutes). Serve promptly, brushed with the rest of the butter mixture.
