Ingredients

0.25 cup (60 g)melted unsalted butter
0.75 tsp (2 g)garlic powder
0.5 tsp (0.5 g)dried parsley flakes
2 tbsp (12 g)freshly grated Parmesan
0.5 tsp (0.5 g)dried oregano
0.25 tsp (1.5 g)salt
16 oz tube (450 g)refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Spritz a baking tray with a layer of cooking oil spray.
  3. Whisk the parmesan, melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, salt and oregano in a small bowl. Set aside for now.
  4. Slice each of the eight biscuits to make 16 pieces. Roll each chunk into a five-inch (13 cm) rope about ½-inch (1 cm) thick. Tie it in a knot and tuck in the ends.
  5. Brush each garlic knot with about half of the butter mixture. Arrange them on the baking tray.
  6. Bake until nicely browned (8-10 minutes). Serve promptly, brushed with the rest of the butter mixture.
