Ingredients
| 4-5 | peaches (or apples) |
| 5 с.л. | sugar |
| 500 мл | water or fruit juice |

Instructions
- Peel the fruit, cut it into cubes, cover with the water and sugar, and boil for 5 minutes over high heat, then purée.
- Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes, then dissolve it over a water bath and add it to the nectarines.
- Pour into molds and leave in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
