| 200 g | Langoustine butter |
| 200 ml | Truffle stock |
Instructions
- Heat the QimiQ Sauce Hollandaise in a saucepan, stirring continuously.
- Fold the langoustine butter and truffle stock into the hot QimiQ Sauce Hollandaise and burr mix using an immersion blender.
