A copycat of Sonic's Ocean Water — a bright blue coconut drink made by mixing homemade blue coconut syrup with Sprite over ice.

Ingredients
| 2 cups (480 ml) | water, boiling (for syrup) |
| 1 cup (200 g) | sugar |
| 3-4 drops | blue food coloring |
| 1 tsp | coconut extract |
| 1 cup (240 ml) | Sprite |
| 1/3 cup (80 ml) | blue coconut syrup |
| 1 cup | ice cubes |
Instructions
- Make the blue coconut syrup: place two cups (480 ml) of boiling water in a bowl and dissolve one cup (200 g) of sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Add 3 to 4 drops of blue food coloring and 1 teaspoon of coconut extract to the syrup. Allow the syrup to cool.
- To make the drink, fill a glass with ice. Add one part blue coconut syrup, then fill the glass with three parts Sprite.
