A copycat of Taco Bell's Baja sauce — a creamy, mayonnaise-based sauce with pureed jalapeno, red bell pepper and onion, seasoned with garlic, cumin and black pepper. Rest it in the fridge a couple of hours before serving so the flavors develop.
