Taco Bell Meat
A copycat of Taco Bell's seasoned taco meat — ground beef mashed with a homemade seasoning blend and cooked with water until pasty and browned. Serve in soft warmed taco shells topped with cheddar cheese. Prep time 25 minutes, cook time 60 minutes, serves 4.

Ingredients
| 1 lb (450 g) | fresh ground beef |
| 1/4 cup (30 g) | all-purpose flour |
| 1 tbsp | chili powder |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| 1/2 tsp | dried minced onion |
| 1/2 tsp | paprika |
| 1/4 tsp | onion powder |
| a dash | garlic powder |
| 1/2 cup (120 ml) | water |
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients except the water. Use your hands to mash and mix the seasoning into the beef well.
- Heat the water in a skillet over medium heat and add the beef. Cook, stirring frequently, until the mixture is somewhat pasty without any large meat chunks.
- Cook for 5 to 6 minutes, or until the beef is brown and cooked through.
- Serve the taco meat in soft warmed taco shells and top with cheddar cheese.
