| ½ lb. (225 g) | ground beef |
| 1 tbsp | taco seasoning |
| 1 cup (160 g) | cooked rice |
| 2 | large flour tortillas |
| 1 cup (110 g) | shredded Mexican cheese blend |
| ¼ cup (60 g) | sour cream |
| ¼ cup (60 ml) | nacho cheese sauce |

- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up, until browned. Drain, then stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water and simmer 5 minutes.
- Cook the rice according to package directions.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over a large flour tortilla and heat in a skillet until the cheese melts, forming a quesadilla.
- Spoon the beef and rice down the center of the quesadilla, add sour cream and nacho cheese sauce.
- Fold in the sides and roll up tightly into a burrito.
- Toast the rolled quesarito seam-side down in the skillet 1ā2 minutes per side until golden. Serve warm.
