| ½ lb. (225 g) | ground beef |
| 1 tbsp | taco seasoning |
| 2 | flatbreads |
| ½ cup (55 g) | shredded Mexican cheese blend |
| ¼ cup (60 ml) | nacho cheese sauce |
Instructions

- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces, until browned. Drain, then stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water and simmer 5 minutes.
- Warm a flatbread and sprinkle shredded cheese over half of it.
- Spoon the seasoned beef over the cheese and top with a little nacho cheese sauce.
- Fold the flatbread in half over the filling and press.
- Toast the folded flatbread in a dry or lightly greased skillet 1ā2 minutes per side until golden and the cheese melts. Serve warm.
