Ingredients

½ lb. (225 g)ground beef
1 tbsptaco seasoning
2flatbreads
½ cup (55 g)shredded Mexican cheese blend
¼ cup (60 ml)nacho cheese sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces, until browned. Drain, then stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water and simmer 5 minutes.
  2. Warm a flatbread and sprinkle shredded cheese over half of it.
  3. Spoon the seasoned beef over the cheese and top with a little nacho cheese sauce.
  4. Fold the flatbread in half over the filling and press.
  5. Toast the folded flatbread in a dry or lightly greased skillet 1–2 minutes per side until golden and the cheese melts. Serve warm.
